When we put out the call for applications, the team at Bottlinger Law L.L.C. was amazed at the overwhelming response from America’s young adults. With over 1,820 applications to review, we had quite a large task ahead of ourselves to pick only a handful of you as finalists and then another hurdle to jump over with picking a winner. Each applicant offered a unique answer to our prompt and thoroughly explained why they selected their chosen school for the next stage of their life. Reading and re-reading your essays revealed to us not only the breadth of educational options available to students these days, but also the drive and determination that pushes young adults into exceptional careers.
With summer in the air here in Nebraska, the legal team at Bottlinger Law L.L.C. is becoming more and more excited reveal the winner of our $2,500 national scholarship! Since the April 15, 2020 deadline, we have been busy reading through over 1,820 essays that we received from outstanding students from all around the county! After an engaging review process, we have selected 5 finalists for the 3rd annual “Bowties and Books” Scholarship!
It was just a few days ago that the legal team at Bottlinger Law L.L.C. received the last of the applications for our 3rd annual “Bowties and Books” Scholarship and we are already hard at work reviewing your applications. We are so proud of you all for stepping up to the plate and sharing your hopes and dreams with us. Your essays have been a huge source of inspiration during these troubling times and we are incredibly grateful.
Over the past two years, Bottlinger Law, L.L.C. has had the honor of hosting a $1,000 nationwide scholarship for students looking to further their education. We were so impressed by the passionate essays that we received, that we chose not just to award one exceptional student, but TWO with a $1,000 scholarship. This year, we’d like to take it one step further. So, without further ado, we are once again opening our inbox to applications for our “Bowties and Books” Scholarship, with an award of $2,500!

We at Bottlinger Law L.L.C. asked for a lot from our 2019 Bowties and Books Scholarship applicants. We wanted to know why they chose the college they did, and how they hope this school experience will influence their future. We wanted an engaging story in 500-1,000 words.

Last year, our Omaha law firm launched a $1,000 nationwide scholarship for exemplary young scholars. It’s official: our Bottlinger Law L.L.C. scholarship closed on May 24th, and we’ve narrowed the race down to five finalists—five students who impressed us greatly with their qualifications and essays. Actually, we were impressed by a great many of the applications, and were very pleased to learn that the up-and-coming generation is a talented, compassionate, and determined one.
