2022 Congratulations to Our Bowties and Books Scholarship Winner

At Bottlinger Law L.L.C, we help people put their lives back together after they have been injured in an accident. We are grateful for the success we have achieved, and we consider it a privilege to be able to give back the community when we can. In this spirit, we are proud to announce the 2022 winner of our annual $2500 Bowties and Books Scholarship:

Eliya M. from Brenham, TX

Eliya’s essay highlights the importance of family in her life, and she explains how her family influences her major life decisions. Eliya consulted her family when she chose Concordia University, a school that both her mother and her grandparents also attended. She selected Concordia University because it is “rich and values and community.”

Eliya is confident that attending Concordia University will “help me immensely in this new transition in life.” In her essay, Eliya tells us how her experiences with a close family member led to her decision to pursue a career as a Pediatric Hospice Nurse. To read her full essay, click here.
