How Advancements in Car Safety Change Accident Habits

Nebraska has busy cities with tons of traffic. In 2020, at least one car crash happened every 18 minutes, 39 people were injured daily, and one person was killed every 38 hours. These horrifying statistics demonstrate the ongoing need to improve road safety. Laws are constantly changing to make the road a safer place. For example, in 2019, Nebraska law mandated that all children travel in rear-facing seats until they are two years old or reach the weight limit set by the manufacturer.
